All Sales Are Final

Because of the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, wilted, or not as described, please reach out to us within 12 hours of receipt. We will review the issue and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or partial refund.


Pickups & Agreements

If you choose to collect your order in person, you agree that the bouquet was accepted in its delivered condition. We do not offer refunds for flowers once picked up or signed for.
