flowers are perishable items and may vary slightly in color, size, or lifespan due to seasonal availability and natural conditions.
Proper care, including water, light, and temperature, is essential to maintaining the beauty of your arrangement. Once delivered, it becomes the recipient’s responsibility to follow care instructions for best results.
All Sales Are FinalBecause of the perishable nature of flowers, 
we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives 
damaged, wilted, or not as described, please reach out to us within 
12 hours of receipt. We will review the issue and, if confirmed, offer a 
replacement or partial refund.
Pickups & AgreementsIf you choose to collect your order in person, you agree that the bouquet was accepted in its delivered condition. We do not offer refunds for flowers once picked up or signed for.
